Laura has helped me sell 3 different properties when I was preparing to leave the area.
She was amazing! She managed all three very different type of properties with skill, professionalism, and results. She helped me appropriately stage and sell my home at a reasonable price in a down market. She helped with the sales of an undeveloped piece of land in the country and a commercial building in Paducah in 2013. All these were challenging sales in a down market. She believed in me, my properties, and worked honestly with myself and the buyers. This win-win philosophy worked wonders. I always felt that with her help we could get it done. Her negotiation skills are outstanding! I highly recommend her.

15 years ago my partner and I decided to purchase our own home. Laura was the first person I called. I had known her for some time and was very comfortable with her. We searched and searched, Laura being ever so patient with us both. Now almost 3 yrs ago we had to purchase another home and had a limited time to do so as our neighborhood had been bought up by the local school board for a new school. We searched high and low, calling Laura out several times per week to show homes to us, My Mother was even going along with us, after an exhaustive search we finally found it, then the really hard work began for Laura, but we got our home at our price and are very happy.Not only do we recommend Laura to others looking for real-estate, but My Mother has recommended her as well.So, if you are in the market for real-estate I would highly recommend you give Laura a call, she is a very agreeable professional that will make your search for your home or business property easy and enjoyable.
