What a wonderful experience we had in listing our first home with Becky! She did an amazing job at keeping a process that can be very difficult and frustrating at times, as smooth and easy as possible! She treated our home like her own and made sure every detail was covered! She was professional, knowledgeable and offered suggestions that would increase our houses' potential! She was honest and hardworking and I know we could not have gotten through this emotional experience without her! Becky is an asset to the real estate market!

I highly recommend Becky Spann. She showed my house the first time before I had even considered listing it with a realtor. After I saw how knowledgeable and professional that she is I immediately agreed to list with her. She has been very proactive and goes way and above the call of duty. She has been invaluable in helping me find local people to help from plumbers & locksmiths to personally helping to prevent problems with winter weather. I lived an hour away from the house that I was selling. She travelled far out of her way to deliver forms to ensure a smooth closing and transition. She worked very well with both me as the seller and the new buyers...all of us were pleased with our transaction. I would certainly work with her again and highly recommend her.

We looked at a few newer houses, and could not find anything in our price range that we liked. Becky asked us about a "fixer-upper". We fell in love with the house she showed us right away. Next came the long tedious process of an FHA 230K (Remodel) loan. We had to jump through a lot of hoops and ask for multiple contract extension. Without Becky, it would have never happen! She will soon be listing our other house. Becky has been an absolute pleasure to work with.

Becky is the best realtor we could have asked for! We were very picky with buying our first home and she guided us through the whole process! We viewed a ridiculous amount Of houses before we found the right one and she stuck with is the whole way through! I couldn't be happier with our new home or our choice in realtor!!!I

We cannot say enough good things about Becky. My Husband and I had been talking about places to retire and through research stumbled onto Murray, KY. We decided to take a trip down there to check the town out and also wanted to contact a realtor in the area, so we could look at houses. It was through reviews that we decided on Becky and could not have been happier. She went above and beyond on that first visit, even though there was a chance we might not purchase a home in the area. She was always very responsive to calls, emails and text messages. We did find a house and she was by our side through the entire process. I would highly recommend using Becky if you are looking to purchase or sell your home. SHE WAS AMAZING!!

Becky stayed in touch with us every time there was a showing of the house and after the showing provided feedback. She did her best to make sure the house showed well. During the buying/selling process she guided us every step of the way. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Becky was great as the buyer/seller agent for my home purchase. She went out of her way to address my needs as I was out of the state during the beginning of the process and continued to go out of her way for me when I returned getting everything lined up for a smooth transaction. Even though I know that Becky didn't make much money on this sale, I never felt like I was low priority or that my needs weren't important. I highly recommend her services.

Becky was fantastic to work with as my fiancé and I bought our first home together. She walked us through every detail of the home and neighborhood and answered all of our questions (not matter how small or specific). She helped us envision what it would be like living in the home, lead us in negotiating price and repairs extremely professionally, and became a great friend in the process! Whether it was over the phone, in person, or by text, Becky helped us in every way possible.

She made us feel extremely comfortable in the buying process which is exactly what we were looking for.
