My name is Dawn Boatman. I received my real estate license in 2002 and have been with Elite Realty since 2016. I'm also a second generation Realtor, as my mother retired in 2015. I've received a lot of real estate experience over the years, dating back to high school by helping my mother. I'm also on the Board of Adjustments for McCracken County for Planning and Zoning, so my real estate knowledge reaches beyond your average real estate agent in that area. I have also purchased "flip" homes and have been successful financially in that area, so I have a lot of ideas on improvements and the best way to get the most out of your home. As you can see in my testimonials, I always go above and beyond. Communication is always important, and in my opinion, the key to success! I specialize in McCracken and Ballard counties with an emphasis in the Lone Oak area, but also list and sell homes in the surrounding counties, Marshall, Graves, and Livingston. Dawn was wonderful to work with! She was very patient with us while we searched for the perfect home. She showed us several homes and sent us listings that met our criteria to help us with our search. She was very responsive to messages and answered our many questions. Once we found the perfect home she listed our home. She took professional pictures for our MLS listing. She had our home sold in 48 hours and helped us sort through multiple offers. Dawn was there for the closing of both homes and walked us through every step of the process.

As buyers from out of town, looking for a very specific type of property, we needed an experienced Realtor that not only knew the western Kentucky region well, but also someone who was available to meet our limited time frame when visiting the area for showings.
