Cheryl is amazing. She worked so hard to help me find the perfect house. We literally looked at 5 or 6 houses in one day at one point, since I had limited time off work. She is very knowledgeable on the area and extremely good at keeping in contact and maintaining frequent updates! She listened when I told her my needs for a home, and helped me work through any hurdles I faced when looking around. She has a great personality and was fun to work with. Highly recommend!

Cheryl is awesome. I would recommend her to anyone. She is extremely patient and wants to find you exactly what you are looking for. We were very lucky to find her. She is very responsive and if she does not have the answer, you can bet she will find it for you. We had to travel to look at houses and she always stayed in contact and helped us make the most of our trips. She helped us get the exact place we were looking for.

Cheryl was fantastic to work with! We were moving in from out of state and she spent the day with our family showing us multiple possibilities for our future home.While still living 9 hours away and continuing our search, she scouted houses for us and eventually found our perfect home!! She was such a joy to communicate with and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for more than just a realtor. We also now consider her a friend!

Cheryl was such an awesome realtor to work with. She really understood exactly what we were looking for in a home. She also was on top of new listings and notified us if they fit our needs. With us being first time homebuyers as well, she really made sure we understood everything and was always available to answer our questions. She is great!
